2004 Events
Phase I clinics are large spay / neuter events where the Task Force provides all the materials and needs to set up a clinic with up to six surgical tables. The Task Force recruits the veterinarians and vet techs, a few experienced volunteers, and helps with publicity and educational materials.

Phase II are smaller, regularly scheduled spay / neuter events funded mostly by the host community.
